How to Adjust the Headrest: For different heights, lift or lower the headrest to accommodate. For different angles, the headrest has 3 positions: Position 0, 1, and 2. Push the headrest forward slightly to get to Positions 1 and 2. Push the headrest further forward to Position 3 (Position 3 cannot be locked), and the headrest will then be released to Position 0.

Seat Height and Construction: The seat height cannot be adjusted. The chair back and bottom are made of plywood in ash veneer.
